UTCCalendar baseline: 2026-09-21 00:00 UTC. SCHEDULE ACTIVE means the first deadline has not passed and no formal record is available yet. CURRENT means no unsatisfied deadline has passed; neither status is a PASS or a security assurance. Late checks are STALE. The 30-day cadence uses fixed 30-day intervals; 3-month and 6-month reviews use UTC calendar months. This calendar does not alter any contract schedule.

Reports are observations at a named Ethereum block. Runtime and parameter conformity do not establish formal verification or a third-party security audit.
Eligibility ≠ Distribution. A releasable balance is not an automatic distribution. Treasury assets remain governed by the corresponding Safe; its owners, threshold and extensions can change under Safe rules.
49M production funding + historical liquidity + Source residual is historical accounting, not the sum of current Vault balances. H9’s 23 permanently ineligible base units are inside H9’s allocation. They are separate from the 23,854,400-base-unit Funding Source residual.
SHA-256 checks detect changes to the indexed report bytes. They do not independently authenticate the website operator or prove that an RPC supplied complete chain history. Corrections append a new record with a supersedes reference.
The website is a reviewed projection of the canonical repository archive. No private signer identities or custody information are collected or displayed.
